Soeun Children Center (SCC) II is a branch orphanage for SCC and is located in Dharma viney village, Snor Commune, Prey kabas district,Takeo Province. This branch is running  as

the Outreach Program to bring relief to 35 orphaned and impoverished children and their caretakers from various poor communities. All children live off site with their grandmas or widow mothers, and we provide them with food and school supply because these children have a desire to learn, but are too poor to afford to attend school. with our support, they are able to attend public school for national education.
