Soeun Children Center (SCC) is a non-profit organization, (tax deductible, 501(c) (3) through United Support, Inc in the USA). We focus on saving the abandoned orphans and impoverished children and on building their future through education. We believe that through good education, many orphaned and impoverished children can improve their lives and will be able to live a life out of poverty.

Soeun Children Center (SCC) was established in November 2000 by Mr. Johnny S. Ourn with the mission to offer shelter, food, clothing, health care, and education to these abandoned orphans and impoverished children who are in need of immediate help until they turn 18 years and leave the center.
